- When will my purchase be shipped?
Pre-Christmas Deliveries: All products in this category will ship the third week of December or sooner.
Mid-Winter Deliveries: All products in this category will ship the third week of January or sooner.
Delivery of your purchase can be expected 7 to 10 days after shipment as listed above.
- How is my purchase shipped?
All purchases are shipped regular ground FedEx and we do not have an express shipment option.
- Can I change the recipient or ship to address after order placement?
Yes, in certain circumstances, LBG will accept a change of address for Pre-Christmas deliveries until the first Friday of December and for Mid-Winter deliveries until the first Friday of January. Sorry, but no changes will be accepted after the specified time. Please call us with a copy of your order confirmation ready so we can quickly locate your order.
- What happens if I gave LBG the wrong name, address, or zip code and it's after the cutoff date?
It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure the accuracy of all addresses submitted. LBG is not responsible for wrong addresses, wrong names, or wrong zip codes. LBG will not reship fruit nor will we refund your money if you have provided us with a wrong address. So make sure you have the right address before sending it to us. Also if your party is out of town or has moved LBG cannot re-ship the item. Please note that perishable fruit cannot withstand reshipping.
- Why can I not ship your great-tasting Florida fruit to Alaska, California, Arizona, Hawaii, and Texas?
- Simply put, the states of Arizona, California, and Texas will not allow citrus fruit from Florida in their states.
- With Hawaii, Alaska, and all the provinces of Canada, we cannot ship to because we cannot charge you enough to make it worthwhile for both of us.
- FPO, APO, & PO boxes are not physical addresses, so we cannot ship to them either.
- We cannot ship to US Territories, Mexico, and overseas locations.
LBG reserves the right to substitute when circumstances beyond our control arise.
